Upcoming HSU Laboratory Closures:

EASTER BREAK CLOSURE

Closure Dates: Friday, 3rd April 2026 to Monday, 6th April 2026

Please take this into consideration when planning to send samples to our lab.

    For samples collected on Thursday 2nd April 2026
  • QLD Sites: Send using the same courier service you would select for a standard Friday shipment. In most cases this would be a same day courier/delivery service (such as Medifreight), or hand delivery to our IMB stores.
  • All Other Sites: DO NOT collect or send blood samples on Thursday 2nd April 2026. If any Saliva samples are collected (Oragene or Buccal), please ship on Tuesday the 7th of April 2026 as per standard shipping protocol.
    For samples collected on Friday 3rd April 2026
  • Please DO NOT collect or send blood samples
  • If any Saliva samples are collected (Oragene or Buccal), please ship on Tuesday the 7th of April 2026 as per standard shipping protocol.
    For samples collected on Monday 6th April 2025
  • Ship on Tuesday the 7th of April 2026 and send using the same courier service you would select for a standard Friday shipment.
    • For QUEENSLAND sites, this would be a same day courier/delivery service (such as Medifreight), or hand delivery to our IMB stores.
